Halifax County:

Halifax County is currently feeding students on their bus routes. I have not yet received the locations of their feeding sites. As soon as I receive them, I will pass that information along.

Any students can receive meals from the aforementioned districts.

Parents may also contact NECP directly if their children do not have easy access to the meals at these locations. If this is the case, our cafeteria staff and bus drivers are preparing to deliver food to area of needs, at the direction of Mr. Etheridge.

I hope this information is helpful and that you all stay safe and healthy during this difficult time. We are here to help!

The Governor's office is recommending that the week of March 16 be used by staff to create plans and resources for students to continue learning at home. However, the Governor's order does not mandate that remote or distance learning opportunities for students be offered between March 16 through March 30. We will share our plan for remote learning with our stakeholders as soon as it is available. Students in online courses should continue current virtual learning opportunities. Please feel free to contact the school if you have any questions. Thank you.
